Animagus Applications

An animagi is a person who is able to turn into a particular animal at will. The spell is both difficult and dangerous. The Ministry of Magic requires animagi to register their form to prevent them from doing something illegal in their animal form. There is no spell to prevent the transformation, but the Homorphus Charm can change an animagi in their animal form back to their human form.

Just as in the books, you are to register your character to be an animagi to prevent abuse of the ability. Anyone inactive for 90 days or more will be removed from the list.
